Last weekend we shot a wedding full of fun and classic details. This is no surprise if you know Brittney! She has amazing style (you can check her out on Instagram)! She and Tate love all things preppy and nautical, and the Branford House and this great group of vendors showcased their style perfectly! It was the best combination of beauty, style and fun. And the venue was made even more beautiful by one of the most incredible sunsets we’ve seen in a long time!

Last week we meet this lovely couple on a seasonably warm winter afternoon for their engagement shoot. We were slightly disappointed that all of the snow had disappeared, but quickly forgot all about that. We had so much fun exploring, and so happy they were willing to trudge through the mud to find some really special spots to shoot in. We had so much fun laughing and getting to know them better, and we can’t wait for their wedding this summer! (Makeup by Jennie Fresa Beauty Bar)

It’s hard to believe we are almost half way through January already! 2016 was a bit of a tough one for us personally, with the loss of one of our amazing friends and our beloved dog, Cody. But thankfully, lots of great things happened, also. We are so grateful for amazing friends and family, our healthy boys (Both teenagers now. How did that happen?), our new puppy, a successful renovation of our house, and this business that we love! One of the things I love to do during this quieter time is look back at some of our favorite images from the beautiful weddings that we were honored to be a part of. We can not thank our couples enough for trusting us and allowing us to do what we love!
