I always feel like once we hit Halloween, the holidays are upon us. And I love it!
We had a great Halloween! The Bill Memorial Library’s Haunted House on Friday night was a great success. Many thanks to all of our friends and family who helped or came out to support us. It was so much fun we’re already thinking about next year!
Then, on Halloween night, we had a great time trick or treating with a whole group of our friends from the neighborhood. It was the first time we were all together (a result of some last minute changes) and it was the best! We’ve started a new tradition.
And to top it all off, Max and Alex dressed up as a quidditch-playing Harry Potter and his best friend Ron Weasley. John and I happen to be huge Harry Potter geeks (not robe-wearing-midnight-showing geeks, but pretty close), so that was lots of fun for us. Here they are, getting into character before we went out.
Next time we turn around, it will be Thanksgiving!
