So I got an e-mail from my friend Leslie the other day that started, “I was working on blood splatter in my basement…”. No, she’s not a sadistic killer. We’ve just become obsessed with all things frightful and gory. (Pretty funny since I won’t even watch scary movies!) Halloween is almost here and the Friends of the Bill Memorial Library are having a haunted house in the super creepy basement. This place is scary enough in the middle of the day. Seriously, while you’re descending the stairs you feel like you’re in a horror flick and people are screaming at the screen “What are you nuts? Don’t go down in the basement!” But, we’ve been working hard (ok, obsessing), making it even creepier and, I have to say, it’s going to be good!
So if you’re looking for a good Halloween scare come check it out on Friday, October 30th from 7pm to 9pm. (It’s not suitable for kids under 8. Adults $5 Children under 12 $3)
Here’s a little sneak peek…
A good scare for a good cause! Hope to see you there.
