Lilly and Aaron are the sweetest couple. Their wedding day could not have been more lovely or full of joy! They were married at their church, the Groton Bible Chapel. Their officiant was the elder who oversees the young adult programs through which they met. It was so special! After their ceremony they headed to the Coast Guard Academy Consolidated Club to celebrate with family. The night ended with a very fun send off. It was an amazing day full of beauty, love and happiness (those smiles say it all!). We were so honored to be there to capture it all.

A few months ago, I met with Lexi and her mom for coffee in Mystic while they were in town working on wedding details and immediately felt like I was having coffee with friends. Lexi has that sort of warm personality that makes you feel comfortable right away. And Peter is just as amazing! Their wedding day was so beautiful and full of wonderful moments. We started the day with the most special first look in Stonington Borough (Lexi was driven there by her dad in his 1967 Lincoln Continental Convertible, complete with a sign on the back that read “Lexi’s last ride before she’s the bride”) and ended the day with slices from The Rolling Tomato pizza truck.  A perfect day for this gorgeous couple.

Gina and David got married last weekend and it was beautiful! They had maneuvered through planning in these crazy times with grace and good humor (and help from Daly of Daly Planning). And with just a few changes, they were able to have their intimate wedding on their original date!  Even when it started raining briefly before the ceremony, they never stopped smiling. And then the rain stopped and they were blessed with beautiful sunshine and the most amazing golden hour. The sun was pouring in on them during their first dance.

One of our favorite parts of the day was the first look that Gina arranged with David’s groomsman dressed in the manatee onsie that David had bought her. It was the perfect ice breaker. It made their actual first look even more special.

Their day was full of some clouds, a little rain, the most gorgeous sunshine, smiles, happy tears and lots of laughter. We were so happy to be there to share it with them!
