We shot Kelli and Travis’ portraits on the grounds of the lovely Water’s Edge Resort and Spa. It was a beautiful (and very windy) Fall day.
I thought it was really cool that random strangers thanked Travis for his service to our country as we passed. I think we all should do that.

We were lucky enough to have Kelli and Travis for some more portraits as the sun was starting to set. This part of the day was particularly bittersweet, knowing that Travis was being deployed in a matter of days.
