Last weekend we arrived at the Overlook at the Geer Tree Farm for Corinne & Jake’s wedding day just as the heavens opened and it started pouring. Not light passing showers but downpours of epic proportion. I remember thinking that I hoped Corinne wouldn’t be too upset about the weather. As it turned out, I didn’t need to worry. She was so excited to marry Jake, she didn’t care about a little rain! And her joy was contagious. She and Jake are such a sweet couple, high school sweethearts who are definitely two peas in a pod. They decided to do a first look and, right on cue, the rain cleared up. The rest of their day was full of clear skies and lots of happiness!
These two are so sweet together, always making each other laugh. You know how they say someone has a smile that lights up a room? Yup, that’s Corinne!
Their family and friends were so happy for them. And Corinne’s sisters did an epic rap toast! And their awesome DJ Jason Friese of Signature Sounds had them on the dance floor all night! To say it was a fun night would be an understatement.
