Two years ago, we stopped by Saltwater Farm and the manager pointed out a couple that had gotten engaged at the vineyard that day. The groom to be knew how much his bride wanted to get married there, and he also knew how quickly their dates booked. So, he popped the question and after she happily said yes, told her he had already taken care of securing her dream venue! We all remarked about this amazing guy setting the bar pretty high. So, I couldn’t believe it when I was later chatting with Abby and realized that she and Brendan were THAT couple! It was so cool to think that we were there on the day they got engaged, and we would be there on the day they got married. They are so incredibly sweet and thoughtful, and we were so thrilled to be part of their special day!
We were also thrilled to work with our favorite vendors! I loved Abby & Brendan’s theme of “rustic preppy”. It was perfect! We had a great time getting to know their families and friends (and finding out some of them actually read my blog. How cool is that?).
